Sides on Utility Trailer

We have the side panels welded on and now we are grinding the welds flush with the existing sides.

Jason is scuffing the side with sand paper to prep it for primer.














We have the floor panels welded in the floor now.

Start of the New Frames

We have recently started the new frames for both of the trailers we are starting(Jeep trailer and the new tear drop trailer).

Zack grinding some of the welds flush on the frame for the Jeep Trailer. Chris is also starting to sand it to get it ready for the primer.

Gary is welding the frame together for a new Tear Drop trailer.

Joining the two tubs

Zack starting to cut the inner fenders out of the Jeep clips to get what is needed for the Jeep project. Then we can put the two tubs together and start to make the new side panels and new inner fenders.

Jeep Trailer

While we are waiting to see what will happen with our teardrop trailer we started a new filler project made from two jeep rear clips. We purchased the rear clips at Davey's Jeep in Ohio.

On Display

Our trailer is on display at the Clarion mall so if you are in the area stop in and check it out. We are selling this trailer so check the blog in the next couple of weeks for more information.

Finishing touches.

Mike and Zach are spraying the top of the trailer with Raptor Liner by U-Pol to seal it. We used the tintable liner and tinted it with the base coat used to paint the trailer.
