 Added new wheels on the trailer.

Bottom side of the trailer got undercoated.

Starting our third tiny travel trailer

Tyler is painting the frame with a primer.

Tyler and Jeff are brushing on

a clear Penetrating Epoxy Sealer.

 

They are brushing on Herculiner to the under side of the floor.

Trailer primered.

                                            

                 Primered the trailer and added a black guide coat.

                                         

                         Also added a trailer jack...



We have put the body filler on the sides and sanded it down for the primer.

        Chris is holding the inner fender together while Zack is welding it.     



                      The etch primer has been applied to the side.                          

Chris is grinding the weld off the sides of the side panels. We have to grind the weld off flat so that we can take plastic filler to smooth out the sides.

Zack is cutting part of the floor out so that we can get our inner fender welded into place.

Sides on Utility Trailer

We have the side panels welded on and now we are grinding the welds flush with the existing sides.

Jason is scuffing the side with sand paper to prep it for primer.














We have the floor panels welded in the floor now.
