Mike welding and Austin grinding to smooth out the weld.

This time we are building our own frame for the trailer. It is made from 2" square tubing .120 wall.

The trailer was painted last night; the main body in Opal Metallic, and the fenders in Medium Opal Metallic.

As we are preparing to apply the base coat clear coat; Shawn and Ian are block sanding the trailer for a smooth finish.

The roof was primed with a special primer made for Rhino liner. It will then be sprayed with Rhino liner.

This is the primer we used on the sides. It will then be blocked sanded and sprayed with basecoat clearcoat.
