Hatch



We have begun to build the frame for the trailer hatch and attach the ribs.

Here the guys are sanding the second piece of the back cabinets.

Scotty and Shawn are sanding the areas where we used the plastic wood to cover the nail holes. You can also see that we are beginning to piece the door frame together.

Ceiling

Jake is nailing up 1/4" birch plywood for the ceiling of the trailer.

Seth is coating the underside of the fenders with Herculiner.

We mounted the new wheels and Eldorado ZR4 tires on the trailer.

Doors

We got the hinges on and attatched the door to the trailer.

Doors and Storage Compartment

This is the frame for the storage compartments that will be inside the front of the trailer.














Shawn and Austin are working on the fenders. We had to cut them shorter with the new plasma cutter.














Here Jake is routing the edges of the front storage compartments to give it a smoother finish.
